Two Bunch Palms

After a demanding couple of months at work, we opted for a getaway to the mineral hot springs at Two Bunch Palms. Lupita and Jose were incredibly helpful in booking our accommodations over the phone, patiently addressing all our questions. Upon arrival, Ezekiel kindly escorted us in a golf cart, carrying our luggage and guiding us to our room. Swiftly changing into swimwear, we discovered the resort was at full capacity, yet finding an open hot tub or pool was always effortless. After a relaxing hour of soaking, we headed to the restaurant for a somewhat mediocre lunch. Exploring the property surrounded by beautiful palm and olive trees, we noted the predominantly dirt, gravel, and sand ground – a consideration when choosing appropriate sandals. Despite a pleasant pond and a grassy area with ducks and lounge chairs, an unpleasant smell prompted a quick departure. Returning to the concrete pools for a couple more hours of soaking, we then prepared for dinner, opting for casual and loose attire for the sound bath afterward. Dinner was enjoyable, with our server Janet recommending the delightful vegan lasagna and the decent braised short rib. Racing against the sound bath start time, Janet called Ezekiel, who promptly transported us to the dome. While the sound bath was relaxing, the thin and flimsy mat, along with the pervasive smell of shoes, detracted from the experience. The leader's unclear words were a downside. Although we initially planned to soak again, post-sound bath fatigue set in, leading us back to our room, where we ordered ice cream from the restaurant and turned on Netflix. Justin, a delightful staff member, delivered our ice creams after hours and engaged in friendly conversation, concluding our night perfectly. Despite the sound bath's shortcomings, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our brief trip to Two Bunch Palms and look forward to returning!

Our stay has been better than expected the property is absolutely beautiful and we thought there were only a handful of tubs to soak in and there are a real lot. The food was better than expected the grounds were absolutely beautiful and we can't wait to come back. We have been to a lot of beautiful spas and resorts and this definitely tops it

Absolutely nothing not to love about this beautiful place!! It is a romantic place for a couple to getaway for the weekend. I loved the outdoor hot pools, short and a bit longer walks around during the day, 24/7 ride services around the resort area, the dessert suit room was gorgeous with the fire pit out in the patio, and the restaurant OMG!! I learned that healthy dishes can also be delicate and savory. Most importantly, the entire staffs at the TBP were extremely friendly and attentive to all needs. You will be well welcomed, everwhere you go. A huge list of classes offered at the resort is something I'd be looking forward to.

We came here for a birthday in August and had a fabulous time! The manager, Jose, was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely kind! He made our experience very special and we look forward to seeing him whenever we return! Definitely 5 stars for Jose! The only complaint I had was being overcharged for the nuts that were in our room (the menu said they were $14, but they put $18 on the bill). This was not the biggest deal but still was disappointing when the menu says one thing but you are charged more for no reason. The restaurant is also very overpriced so that was a lesson learned. Overall, we had a very nice and relaxing weekend celebrating my girlfriend's birthday! Thank you again, Jose! :)

Beautiful and tranquil sanctuary, basically it is like checking into spa. Dress code is bathrobe and slippers. Amazing quite grotto surrounded by palms, great massages and facial services. Food is clean and lots of veggie options. Only one thing annoyed me. Why is there only a complimentary coffee, hot water and No tea..? Otherwise, cant wait to come back
